Breathe to Become
I spent years living as a version of myself that didn’t feel like me. The weight, the habits, the exhaustion — they were symptoms of an identity I had outgrown.

The body changed because the identity changed.
When I finally understood who I was becoming, everything shifted. The body followed. The energy returned. The path opened.
I didn’t upgrade myself. I came home to myself.
Identity work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about removing what’s in the way of who you already are. I guide people through that return — gently, clearly, and without pretense.
When your identity aligns, everything else follows — your body, your energy, your relationships, your work, your path.
I help people return to the identity they were meant to live from. Not by fixing themselves. Not by optimizing. But by remembering who they are beneath the noise.
I work with people one‑on‑one in a way that feels personal, steady, and deeply human. There’s no program to follow, no performance to maintain. Just the real work of returning to yourself.
We move at the pace your identity can integrate — not faster, not slower. This is why the work lasts.
I call this work “Identity Integration.” It’s a one‑on‑one container designed to help you return to the human you were meant to be — the one beneath the noise, the patterns, and the old identities that no longer fit.
We meet in steady, grounded conversations that create space for clarity, release, and reconnection. Nothing forced. Nothing rushed. Just the real work of becoming yourself again.
If you’re in a season of returning to yourself — not performing, not fixing, not upgrading — I’m here for that work. If you want to explore what this could look like for you, reach out and we’ll talk.
